Tell us which cover you are looking at and a little about your situation. An English-speaking person will come back to you with the options that apply.

No spam, no obligation. Your details are only used to prepare your quote.

  • The Spanish terms on your policy explained, so you know what you are agreeing to.
  • We use your details to respond to your enquiry and manage your quote request.
  • If medical information is needed, we'll explain what is required and how it will be handled securely.

What to tell us

A general enquiry works best when it says which cover you are after and roughly where you are.

If you already know which cover you need, the dedicated pages for each one ask the right questions for that product and save a round trip.

  • Which cover you want: health, dental, car, motorbike, home, travel, pet or funeral.
  • Whether it is for you alone, a couple, or a family.
  • The province you live in, or will be living in.
  • Whether anything is time-sensitive — a visa deadline, a completion date, a policy about to renew.
  • Any existing cover you hold and when it renews.
  • Whether you would rather have a written reply or a call.

What we do and do not cover

Being clear about the boundary saves everyone a conversation.

We arrange eight kinds of cover: health, dental, car, motorbike, home, travel, pet and funeral. If your enquiry falls outside those, say so and we will tell you plainly rather than sending you round the houses.

A quote is an indication of what an insurer would offer on the information given. It is subject to the insurer’s acceptance and to the policy wording, and both of those come before anything is in force. Nothing is arranged until you have seen the terms and said yes.

If your situation is unusual — a property that is hard to describe, a condition you are unsure how to declare, a licence from a country you think might be a problem — put it in the enquiry rather than leaving it out. Unusual is normal here, and it is much easier to handle at the start.

Asking for a quote commits you to nothing. We do not need payment details to prepare one, and nothing is arranged until you say so.
