What to include
You do not need to have everything to hand. The more of this you can give us, the more useful the first reply will be, and the fewer rounds it takes.
- What the cover is for — the product, and whether it is for you, a family, a property or a vehicle.
- Your situation in Spain — resident, moving here, applying for or renewing a visa, or a property owner living elsewhere. This changes what you are eligible to buy.
- When cover needs to start, and whether anything is driving that date — a consulate appointment, a completion date, a renewal falling due.
- The town or postcode, if the cover is tied to an address or a vehicle.
Please do not send medical details, policy numbers or documents in a first message. If medical information is needed, we will tell you what is required and how to send it.
When you will hear back
Enquiries are answered by a person during Spanish business hours, so a message sent late in the evening or over a weekend is picked up on the next working day. If your enquiry is tied to a fixed date — a visa appointment in particular — put that date in the message and we will work to it.
If your question is not about a quote
If you already hold a policy, your insurer handles claims, changes and renewals directly, and their own emergency and claims numbers are the fastest route — those are on your policy documents, not here. Our claims guidance explains what to expect and what information you are likely to be asked for.
You can also use the form to correct something on the site. If a page is out of date or wrong, we would rather hear it.
